It is very difficult for someone to be interested in the property you advertise. I have already contacted you and I am interested but you never responded. It is difficult to just keep advertising if you do not provide a value or at At least you add value or serve the customer

What I hate about those real estate channels is they are never specific. "Its close to the village" says nothing. 5 Min by car, 3 Min to walk, what do you mean by village? All I hear is what every agent tells you about any property and is as vague as possible. It has lots of potential. Sure...

The difference between urban and rustic or non urban is the tax. More urban space you have, big house swimming pool, you will pay more tax. So you don’t want to convert the rustic area into urban although the tax is not so expensive like in other european countries. Also portuguese people speaks English, making your life easier.

Only water in the winter!!! The water wells have dried up over the decades. One of the reason the native people left those areas. He is not filming in the summer!

Ticks don't care about hair. They care about humidity. They target the humid places on your body if they can reach it. If not they may bite you in other places too or just leave. But mostly they bite. You just got lucky I guess ;)

Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est, au milieu de rien , aucun transport, pas de TGV, et puis c'est un pays beaucoup trop limité dans toutes les lignes, et puis même le retraités commencent á changer d'avis . Attention, le Portugal est un miroir aux alouettes, pour nous une trés grande déception, on préfère largement l'Espagne, les espagnols sont beaucoup plus évolués que les portugais!!

Beautiful property and you get alot more for your money. Love the infinity pool. Owner has done a beautiful and tasteful job and kept its lovely features. However just bought a house in Almeria Spain, never thought much about buying in Portugal, but seems you get alot more for your money than you do in Southern Spain. If I buy again, would defo consider looking at Portugal.

Our first trip is officially booked. We land in lisbon June 21 and will be there until July 3rd. Hopefully everything goes right and we can get our move finally started and with all luck be moved there by 2026
